Benefit Trust program, and these networks include over 90% of practicing physicians and hospitals in the U.S.
Please review the PPO networks available in your area. Please note that some networks will only be available in certain regions of a state, you will have to search the individual provider network website to determine if they are available to your employees locally. PHCS, First Health, and Interplan/Superien are national networks available in most states.
